Hello everyone,

As most of you know, today is my last working day in this company. Please consider this to be my sincere goodbye to each and every one on you.

I want you all to know that I am truly leaving here with mixed feelings; happy about my new career opportunity but sad to be leaving such a great company where I have so many wonderful friends and colleagues. The last three years as a member of FDC team was the best period of my career so far. I learned a great deal and worked with many people with whom I am sure I will remain friends for a long time. I like you to know that I thank and appreciate the affection and camaraderie that you all have shown to me.

Take care, be well, and I know life will always find a way to help you through the saddest of times. I must leave now, but in no way, will I ever forget you all.

Thank you so much for making my time in FDC a truly enjoyable one.

Good luck and God Bless you all!

***My sincere apology to everyone I've hurt along the way! ***

We all know that babies are wonderful, but they can also wake you up at night. It also lot of fun to have them in house, but it can be tiring too but for any reason I love the baby right from the start.

September 16, 2010 Thursday when Armela gave birth to a cute, angelic and healthy baby boy. I can't imagine that my cousin Tonton is now a Father. Well, I guess that's life so always expect the unexpected. Hehe. After our meeting last Sunday and attended the mass, JM and I decided to visit our new nephew, his name is Matthew Cedric Ordinanza which according to them that name came from Bible.

Sleeping.....zzzzzzzzz........

Having baby in the house is something I really want to experience. They dribble, spit and make lots of dirty diapers. They are too innocent they can't talk on their own, or even go to the bathroom like what we do. Babies need  so much care and love that's why both mom and dad will be busy making sure that the baby gets the rest, food, clean diapers and love he or she needs.

I want milk.......

When baby Matthew join in our family, there are some changes happened in our life, but many of them are good ones. I'm so excited to play peekaboo with him and even teach him to walk and run.

Angelic smile.. ^___^

Our baby Matthew just might grown up to be our lifetime pal!

Mariel is one of my closest friends in Jr. CWL (Catholic Women's League). As all of you know that I had served our parish for the past 10 years and I chose Jr. CWL to be part of my life. I give you a brief story how Mariel and I became friends 10 years ago. Tita Ester informed us last May 2001 that our parish (National Shrine of Sacred Heart) established a new organization that concentrates of charitable, religious and socio-economic. This is also a civic, non-partisan, non-profit and non-government organization which Catholic women can find a means of growth in faith and have the opportunity to serve God and concerted effort in the exercise of their vocation and apostolate.Without any hesitation, I join this group and elected as Secretary for 2 years. I became the unit president and at the same time president of Archdiocese of Manila for 2 years. Mariel and I shares same interest that's why our friendship still continue until now.

We've been into many activities together; Charity work, Christmas Party, Tutorial, Medical Mission and Monthly Meeting. I remember she always brings her notebook during our choir whenever she has exam the following day. She loves to smile and talked about her love life. Mariel is a jolly person; she makes sure that whenever we met, she will give her cutest smile. 10 years of friendship is hard to keep but for us we treasure it by serving God with all our heart.

Last Saturday, I received an invitation from her to attend our monthly meeting. Honestly, this pas few years due to my busy work schedules I wasn't able to participate in our activities, but I assure them that my heart still belongs to CWL. Her mom decided to give thanks giving party since she passed the recently board exam for Medical. Yes! You read it right! She took medicine for 10 years and finally she made it! After those trials, reviews, defense, and duties finally our dear Mariel achieve her dream!

So last Sunday, even though I had lack of sleep the day before the event, JM and I attended our monthly meeting to see her and personally congrats her. I'm so happy seeing my old members growing up. I realized that it's been 4 years since the last time I saw them. I love this group; we shared same passion in serving God and keep on believing in our dreams!

By the way, she opted to master pediatrics which deals with the medical care of infants, children and teens.

Being with my TRUE friends is one of my happiness in life. I consider them as my sisters and definitely I can trust them without any doubt. After I filed my resignation, I immediately ask my friends if they could spend their Friday gimmick with me since I'm still cannot get over with the situation I'm facing right now. So after calling and texting my dearest friends who left us before, that night is one of the most memorable dinner I've ever had with them. I told them about my problems and without any hesitations they give me their full support and care that I needed most. I felt so blessed having them in my life and for that reason I can say that we had a full blast night last 2 weeks ago.

I've been tried this restaurant countless times before, so I have already an idea about their menu. Krocodile Grill offers free kropeck while waiting for your orders.

Steph opted to order Sinigang na Liempo. The soup was really good, I love the real tamarind added to make it really sour.

Sinigang na Liempo Php 175.00

She also added Inihaw na Squid, since I'm craving with their Crispy Pata, I order one for us. The pata was huge and really mouth-watering!

Inihaw na Squid (Big) Php 315.00

Crispy Pata Php 405.00

We order bottomless ice tea which the waiters did not fall to keep it bottomless! Yes! Krocodile Grill was literally BOTTOMLESS!

Bottomless Iced Tea Php 50.00

Since Ian and I have Ayala Card we got our free dessert, Vanilla Ice cream which we share with my dear friends.

We ended up our scrumptious dinner by having picture taking and make fun of the things happened to my life. Haha.

Since all of us want to see and explore the famous Bohol Beach Club, our group decided to stroll by pair so that the security guard will not notice us since every time we try to come in the vicinity; he always stop us from passing by. Jandi, Ian and I planned to try it first and luckily we go through the area of the resort easily. As we walk around the seashore of this resort , my initial reaction was I really amazed how this wonderful beach created. I felt in-love with the serenity of the surroundings, the longest stretch of fine and powdery white sand beach, the plenty palm trees with pristine waters and lastly, the place is not crowded unlike other beaches in Panglao.

The sand in Bohol Beach Club is finer than that of Balicasag. The water was also more peaceful compared to Dumaluan. It so nice to see a fantastic green color that slowly turns blue as the water deepens and the beach itself is like a paradise where you can enjoy your time watching the natural beauty of the place. We were overjoyed and simple had our mini pre-nuptial into the beach and enjoyed the happiness in lying down at the cradle courtesy of Jandi.

The beach is beautiful and fantastic, I swear! The powder-like white sand and coconut trees leaning out toward the blue-green waters makes this resort astounding! It is one of the beast beaches in the area and one of the great places to chill and relax. This place is unsurpassed and makes it the ideal destination for every tourists dream vacation!

For our last day in Bohol, we opted to visit another 2 islands, Dumaluan and Bohol Beach Club. This time, we only have half day to explore the beach but we promise to make the most of it. Our driver drop off at Dumaluan station 2 since this resort is open to the public and for this reason the beach was crowded and chaotic so we decided to walk on seashore and look for the best place to stay. We reached the end of the island which I think station 1 of Dumaluan. At first, we are all doubtful to put off because the sea was dirty. There are lots of seaweeds and even plastics within the coast.

some seaweeds on the sand..

We planned to stay at Bohol Beach Club but the guard told us that we need to pay Php 500.00 consumable for the entrance and use of facilities, since all of us travelling under tight budget we decided to stay at Dumaluan station 1 instead and hoping that the management of that resort already cleanse up all the mess in the beach. Thank God, as we reached again the station 1, we all surprised that they already cleanse the chaos that spread within the area. So in the end, we rent for one big table and pay Php 100.00 per person where in we placed our things for safety.

inside the resort

Dumaluan Resort is located beside the famous Bohol Beach Club and one of the most scenic beaches in Bohol. The sand here if finer than Balicasag Island. It's so nice to see the water in different colors; blue from the farthest, light green in the middle and white or clear near the shoreline (maybe because of the sands). The water was serene and the trees are worth seeing which actually serve as our shades.

sleeping.. zzzzzzzz...

Overall, we enjoy the tranquility and splendid of Dumaluan Beach Resort!

Since we still have one more island to visit, we left Balicasag by 11am for us to be at Panglao by 12 noon for lunch. I've been here with my family before and I can absolutely say that this island makes me want to stay all day. After settling in, we headed down to the beach and had our pricey lunch. :((

Alona Beach Resort is located at Panglao where fine white sand beaches and great accommodations can be found. This beach resort has become the favorite place of both locals and foreign tourist since it has a perfect boast of a long stretch of white sands beaches embracing crystal-clear and blue waters.

The beach itself was filled with resorts, restaurants and bar creeping up the beach shoreline. They also provide fun outdoor activities which is perfect place to get away from our busy lifestyle in Manila and time to relax.

However, when we arrived at the island, the long stretch of powdery white sand was filled with sea weeds. I guess the people in Panglao already forget to maintain its beauty and cleanliness; honestly, I even saw plastic wrappers floating on the sea. So sad! We keep on walking until we reached the end of the island, placed our things on the sand and relax. I even take a nap since I can feel the fresh air from the coconut trees. We enjoy frolicking in the beach and take some photo ops as well.

And with a little more of our energy left, we spent more time swimming at the beach.

And finally, the best way to end our day is seeing the sunset; the sky was magical blue and yellow hues which added to my tropical feelings.
