Ian and I planned to have our food trip last Tuesday, so I asked my friends if they have any suggestions through my Facebook account. Our dear friend Belle, mention and advise me to try Amici, actually she has lots of proposals which give me an idea to try it one of these days. Ate Elsie who also read my post agrees with Belle regarding the food that Amici offers. They said that the food was good for two persons already and the pizza they offer was scrumptious. Actually, my mom told me that the food was great and very affordable. She already tried this restaurant many times whenever she hears novena at Don Bosco Makati, so this time we decided to try it. Ian picked me from office around 5:45pm and proceed to Amici to have our dinner. The place was cozy, freezing and pleasant; unfortunately it is a self-service restaurant so be ready to fall in line and place you orders as well as in getting glass of water and ice.

Ian ordered Mozzarella Frito for our appetizer. A golden fried mozzarella logs served with tangy Pomodoro sauce. I love it especially when they served blistering.

Mozzarella Frito Php 150.00

I chose to have Spaghetti alla Carbonara. The spaghetti pasta tossed in creamy white sauce with Parmesan cheese and bacon bits. The carbonara is good for 2-3 persons. We are lucky to have a plenty of toppings like bacon, mushroom as well as Parmesan cheese which makes our dinner terrific.

Carbonara Php 185.00
We ordered Tutta Carne for pizza, a meat lover's delight with Italian sausage, ham and pepperoni all in one. I love the flavor especially when you match it with hot sauce.

Tutta Carne Php 290.00

For the dessert, Ian wants us to try the Gelatin they offer, so we order 1 scoop of Pistachio flavor. I adore the taste and I want to try the different flavors some other time.

Ice Cream (Pistachio Flavor) Php 65.00

The food is great and reasonable, a must try restaurant!
