Certified Wife Cooked: Pork Cutlets with Cheese Sauce

FTFBadge

One of the things I liked during my long weekend is that I had a chance to read my husband gifts – Recipe Book. If you are my avid follower/reader of my blog, you know that Ian and I are living on our own meaning all the expenses, food, decision are in our own hands. Honestly, it’s so hard to think our weekly menu lalo na wala pa kong masyadong alam lutuin.. I just asked my husband what he wishes to eat and I do research on how to cook it.

So last Sunday, I let him browse the book he gave to me and check if there’s any recipe that he wanted me to cook for him. Surprisingly, he said “Pork Cutlets with Cheese Sauce”, wow! As I heard that I got nervous and told myself “Kaya ko kaya yun?” but when my husband noticed that I’m uneasy he immediately say “Kaya mo yan!”. Oh well, syempre yun ang sasabihin nya, or else wala syang baon! Haha.

By the way, I got this recipe at Nora V. Daza Festive Dishes book. Thank you Mrs. Daza for sharing your dishes, I’m so excited to try the other recipe in this book.
