Last December 20, 2014 my daughter turns 11 months old. Ang bilis ng panahon, this will be her last monthly celebration kasi this month she will be turning 1 year old na. OMG! May toddler na ko…. Anyway, my mother decided to give my daughter a special celebration, we decided to booked for staycation at Berjaya Hotel. As usual sa Berjaya ulit kami (remember, sister company sya ni Friendster kaya may discount ako), this time we stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. O db bongalicious. Bitin kasi pag overnight lang eh, and we want to relax before Christmas Day.

My mom told me that we are also going to have a mini Christmas Party, kung baga kami kami lang, together with our house helpers. We checked-in at Berjaya Hotel around 2pm and prepare for the party, O db party talaga. As my mom’s tradition, she cooked Pancit Canton, Menudo and Lumpiang Shanghai while we just bought Barbecue and Cake.

Our mini Christmas Party begins right after our scrumptious dinner. My mom showered us coins, masaya daw kasi pag nakikita nya kaming nag aagawan sa barya. Hehe. In fairness, naka Php 100 rin kami ni Ian nun. Then, the traditional exchange gifts and mini games and raffle. Para ka talagang umattend ng Christmas Party. Well, sagot lahat ni Mommy yung pa raffle and prizes sa games, sabi nya okay lang dawn a gumastos sya basta para sa apo nya. Naks!

You are so beautiful inside and out. You know what, I’m so happy to see you happy. You’re so kulit na talaga and very sweet little baby. You know what, every night pag tulog ka I always look at you and thank God for giving us the greatest gift, for giving us a very lovable, sweet, healthy and happy baby. One more month to go you will enter toddler stage na and until now hindi pa kami ready ni Daddy mo. Oh! How time flies so fast talaga. Mixed emotions ang nararamdaman ko ngayon, but always remember na you will always be our baby kahit na mag 30 years old ka na.

Baby Love, we love you so much. Thank you for teaching us to be good parents. Thank you for bringing joy in our lives. Thank you for your unconditional love, your gigil smile melts our hearts. I will be forever grateful to the Lord because of you, our life is complete. Thank you anak and we love you.

Time flies so fast. I can’t believe that you are almost a year old.  You know what sweetheart, the major milestones have been reached and to tell you the truth this month is super nakakapagod. Why? Because you are so kulit na. You want to walk, to crawl, magkalat and mangagat. But don’t worry baby, because it’s so adorable. I am so blessed to be your mother and I love waking up seeing your cutest smile ever.


Baby Rhian, I want you to know that Daddy and Mommy are doing their best to be the best parents for you. All our hard work and sacrifices are all worth it. You are so friendly, you interact with your environment like a real person (like a toddler should I say). You understand what I am saying like “Don’t do that”, Dirty”, “Bad Smell” etc. and even you know how to show respect to elders. (Mano po) Good Job Anak!

Rhian, always remember that I love you so much! You always brighten up my day, your smiles cheer me up and your silliness amuses me and you Daddy. If only we can stop the time and forever baby ka nalang, ginawa na siguro namin, but we can’t, we just need to accept the fact na mag enter ka na sa toddler stage. Oh my God! Am I ready?! Lord, please guide us. 

You are the most precious achievement of my life! Thank you for promoting me from a certified wife to certified mother! We love you to the moon and back sweetheart! Happy 11th Month Rhian!
