Certified Wife Cooked: Smothered Pork Chop

Today, I cooked Smothered Pork Chop for our lunch. I got this recipe from panlasangpinoy.com again.. Hihi. Idol ko kc mga luto nya eh.. Masarap na, madali pang lutuin.. Hehe.

Preparing this dish is very easy as 1,2,3. Pork chop is even better if you put some sauce to go with. I swear other than Fried Pork Chop, I also cook Pork Steak only. Eeeerrrrr.. Now, Smothered Pork Chop is the newly added to my recipe list.

Smothered Pork Chop

I know it may not look appealing visually, but I swear the dish is very appetizing. My husband loves the combination of creamy sauce with Pork Chops is amazing plus the sautéed onions and garlic blends with the cream. Try this recipe and you will agree to me that this dish is superb!
