Pamper Time

Almost 1 month and half before our big day, and part of our preparation is to pamper ourselves. Who can ever not resist relaxation? So last Independence Day (June 12) we decided to give our body a break – whole body massage at Wensha! Woohh! We’ve been at Wensha several times and we are satisfied with their services. For only Php 680.00 you can enjoy the wet floor (sauna and Jacuzzi), steam and dry saunas, one hour full body massage, buffet dinner, shabu-shabu & dimsum, unlimited juice and iced tea and unlimited ice cream for 6 hours.  Very affordable right?

As soon as we entered the lobby, one staff will give asked you what services you want to avail, once you paid at the counter will be handed with a bracelet with automated sensor for the locker assigned to you. You need to wear it the whole time for safety, then you need to surrender your shoes/slippers at the side of the counter and an attendant will replace them with colorful slippers which you shall use while inside the spa.

The sauna bath and Jacuzzi for girls and boys are separate because you should totally naked when you use their facilities,(kahit underwear bawal sa loob! Waahh!) Since I’ve been here 3 times, I was not hesitant to use the facilities naked, well nobody cares because we’re all girls there and pare-parehas naman kaming meron nun.. Haha.. They have a television inside (large screen) so you won’t get bored, yun nga lang maka Kapamilya sila.. :p They also have lounging chairs to entertain you while relaxing and watching telenovelas.

Since boys are separated from girls, Ian and I communicate via text. We opted to took a quick shower first and then avail our one-hour whole body massage. The therapist will ask you what kind of oil you want and ask you if you want some stretching, I chose mint oil and smooth massage only (nadala kc ako sa hard massage last November (sa ibang massage center) which causes me muscle spasm.. ggrrr) But It feels great after the massage, I often fall asleep during and after the massage, ang lamig kc and madilim yung room kaya sarap magsleep.. Haha.

So after an hour at Massage room, I headed to the dining area to take our dinner.  The foods are so so, just an ordinary food but what Ian and I really enjoyed is the shabu-shabu.

Naiinis ka ba hon sa niluluto mo? :p

After dinner, we went back to the Jacuzzi to detoxify again. It took me 10 minutes in the hot Jacuzzi, 15 minutes in sauna and 15 minutes in steam bath. Wow! Refreshing!

Halata bang bagong gising? =))

Pogi namang ng honey ko..

Fresh na ulit.. :)

Overall, our entire stay in Wensha Spa we’re super okay and enjoyed. We felt so soft, clean, refreshed, rejuvenated and stress-free! We promise ourselves that we will go back in Wesha after our wedding.

Oppss.. Sorry no pictures of the Jacuzzi since cameras are not allowed inside the locker room / Jacuzzi.
