Certified Wife Cooked: Beef Stir Fry with Broccoli

It’s been a while since I cooked new dish for my husband due to busy schedule in office and personal matter. And as I promised, this year I will try to cook at least 3 new dishes every week. (**cross fingers**) I’m so thankful for all bloggers who shares their recipes which inspires me to cook every day. 

So for this week, I cooked Beed Stir Fry with Broccoli for our baon today, I got this recipe at panlasangpinoy.com, but I add some steps here. Anyway, thank you Vanjo for sharing your recipe.


Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped broccoli (frozen or fresh)
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cooking oil

 


Procedures:

1.       Cooked 1 lb beef sirloin on pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Set Aside
2.       Sprinkle salt and pepper on the beef. Add oyster sauce. Mix well and Marinate for 15 minutes.


3.       Add cornstarch on the marinated beef mixture. Mix well using your clean hands. Set Aside.
4.       Heat oil in a pan. Cooked chopped broccoli for 3 minutes.
5.       On a separate pan, put at least 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
6.       Stir fry the marinated beef until both sides are done (about 5 minutes in medium heat).


7.       Add the chopped broccoli. Cook for 3 minutes more.


8.       Transfer to a serving plate.
9.       Serve hot with rice. Share and enjoy!
