Last July 24, we celebrated our 3rd Wedding Anniversary at the same time 9 years of togetherness. My husband decided to celebrate it with family. Few days before our anniversary, we purchased 3 vouchers at Metrodeal for Lunch Buffet with Unlimited Drinks for only Php 438.00 instead of Php 577 at the Food Club in Baywalk Macapagal Ave. Actually, this was the first time I heard about this restaurant, madalas kasi sa Viking, Dads or Buffet 101 kami nakain but now additional on our list is The Food Club.

Since our anniversary falls on Friday, wala kaming sasakyan kasi coding. Boooo!!!! So ano pa nga ba ang solusyon pag coding, e di mag UBER. Hehe. We arrived at the place 15 minutes before 11am so my husband and our panganay opted to do a quick photo ops within the area. First time kasi namin magpunta dun kaya ayun, nilibot muna at nagpagutom kami para sulit ang bayad. Haha.

Little Miss Independent

Around 11:15am, the staff called my name and assists us on our table. Malaki yung place, medyo maluwag and malinis. I guess the only downside of the restaurant is that unti lang ang food unlike sa mga kinakainan naming Eat-All-You-Can. I believe paying Php 438 is not bad na pero yun nga lang suggestion ko lang is sana mas maraming main dish.

We left the restaurant around 2pm and roamed around Mall of Asia. Dun muna kami nagpalipas ng oras since mainit pa kung uuwi kami and gusto namin na ilibot si Rhian sa Mall. By 5pm, we decided to go home na para makapagpahinga na si Chingching and makapag ready na kami ni Ian for our date. Naks! Anyway, before we left naman sa bahay, we make sure na may food si Tita and Rhian and everything is okay, like yung milk nya, clothes to wear and even our room maayos na, bubuksan nalang yung aircon. We decided kasi to continue our celebration na kami lang dalawa, para bang mag bf/gf lang ang peg, medyo mahirap kasing tumakas  lalo na pag baby pa masyado yung anak nyo.

Our initial plan is to use the GC I won at Manuka Health contest, Food and Beverages worth Php 1k at Shangri-La. But unfortunately, last minute we changed our plan. Why? Kasi nagutom ako ng bongga kaya we opted to have our dinner at A Veneto Pizzeria in Glorietta.

That moment, I realized how blessed I am to have him in my life. We talked so much about our future plans, our mistakes, our challenges in life for the past 3 years as a married couple, and how we handle and surpass it.  At the end of the day, we decided to focus on what matters and let go of what doesn’t.

I was one lucky mom who got invited to attend the Rebisco’s Vita Cubes Fun Day held at Fun Ranch in Ortigas. The invitation I got is good for 1 mom and 1 kid but since I am 8 months pregnant I emailed Ms. Lanie if I can bring my husband with me and I’m so happy when she replied “Yes” to me.

We arrived at the venue 10 minutes before 2pm, upon registration the staff handed me a wrist band for Rhian to have a unlimited access at the Playdium. The place is well decorated with lots of balloons and organized table setting. There are separate chairs for the kids placed in front of the stage for better viewing of magic tricks and games.

They provided photobooth as a souvenir of the fun day.

Kids Meal

The organizers started the games for the kids, followed by adult games and magic tricks from Ivan. They also prepared raffle for the guests but unfortunately I didn’t win.

Go Mommies! Congrats to Ms. Lanie for winning the game!
Magic Show

The day was fun-filled with my fellow Mommies together with our children. Overflowing jelly candies and cool prizes for the winners plus everybody got some tokens from Rebisco.

With Mommy Arge (www.argevalencia.com) and Mommy Jen (www.itsmommyjen.com)

It was also a great opportunity to meet and greet other mommy bloggers on that event. Medyo bitin nga lang and mahirap makipag chikahan due to our kids. But I’m happy to see them again.

Tokens for the Guests

After the party, we decided to visit the playdium sayang naman if hindi magamit yung unlimited access and you know what my little ate is so excited. Actually, mas pagod ata yung tatay nya kakahabol sa kanya. Hihi.

We also took the opportunity to roam around the place since this is the 1st time we visit Fun Ranch and since may energy pa ang bagets, go lang kami kakalibot.

Baby No More!

Overall, I really had fun that day. My husband and Little Girl also enjoyed the event. Looking forward for more events like this. Kudos to the Rebisco’s organizers.
