Weekend Story: Tagaytay Escapade

Last Saturday, #TeamVillareal went out of town for a day. Actually, it was unplanned basta pag gising nalang namin ni Ian bigla namin naisip na sa Tagaytay mag lunch. O e di Wow! Haha. We left our house by 10am and arrived at Tagaytay proper around 1:30pm. O wag na kayong magulat, kasi naligaw kami. Haha. Instead na mag exit kami sa Sta. Rosa, nag exit kami sa Greenfield which is private property daw and hindi kami pwedeng dumaan. Okay fine. Sorry naman. :)

We had our super late lunch at Leslie’s; the restaurant was crowded when we arrived. Almost 2pm na yun ha but still super dami ng tao sa Leslie’s. And since going in Tagaytay will not be complete pag hindi ka nakatikim ng famous bulalo, yun agad ang order namin.

Right after our late  lunch, we opted to enjoy the scenery – overlooking Taal Lake. :)

Our next destination is to visit Picnic Grove. We were not aware that the place was ggggrrrrr… Dirty. Ibang iba na talaga sya compare the last time na nagpunta kami dito. Sorry for my words pero super dumi na nya, ang daming tindahan and ang masaklap pa is kalbo na yung grass kung san plan pa naman namin mag walkathon ni Baby Ate. Medyo disappointed lang ako kasi first time ni Rhian sa picnic grove and eto pa yung nakita nya. Well, moving on.. We roamed around the area and got excited when we saw little pony. You can take pictures with pony for Php 20.00 only, yun nga lang nakakaawa yung pony pag may sumakay na medyo malaki at mabigat.

Ian and I decided na magpapicture si Rhian with the cute little pony, but we got surprised ng natakot sya dito. Same with the horse/pony, she loves to ride at the carousel pero nung nakita na nya in person yung horse at nakita nyang gumalaw, ayun takot na ang baby ate.

Since ayaw naman namin syang pilitin to ride or kahit lumapit sa pony, we opted to walk nalang. Sabi sa inyo, kami napagod kakalakad eh. Hehe.

You will always be our Baby Ate.

After few hours of walkathon, baby ate is tired and fell asleep. That’s the time when my husband chose na magpalipad ng sarangola. Haha. But you know what, I really enjoy watching my husband enjoying what he was doing. Para syang batang nakawala sa hawla. Haha.

It’s already 7pm when we opted to go home na. We had our merienda at the car and got home by 9:30pm safe, tired but super happy. By the way, inulam pa namin nung dinner sa bahay yung mga natira naming food nung lunch so imagine ang dami nung bulalo. Hehe.

How about you, how’s your weekend? Did you enjoy it? Bitin ang 2 days no work noh, dapat siguro gawin na nilang 4 days work nalang para mas mahaba ang weekend. #JustSaying
