Yahoo!!! I’m so excited to write and share with you about Rhian’s first ever official photoshoot. Actually, hindi ko nga daw dapat munang ipost to sabi ng asawa ko para daw surprise but since I’m a stage mother, ako parin ang masusunod. Haha.

We believe that family, baby photos and memories are needed to be treasured and preserved. Ian and I want to document our first baby’s milestones and growth like unang iyak, unang pagdapa, unang lakad, etc. And as part of Rhian’’s milestones we wanted her to have a decent photo and super cute one of course that we can use and post in our room. So when Rhian turned 4 months, I searched some forums and read some reviews about the BEST baby photographers in the Philippines, unfortunately, some of them are pricey.

Until my officemate/kumare told me that Baby Shower Studio have an ongoing promo for the month of May. She told me that I might wanna check it out because she avail their promo for my inaanak’s birthday celebration which will use as paraphernalia. I got curious about the promo so I check their website and facebook page and I got amazed with their outputs. Wow! Eto yung hinahanap ko! Mura na super ganda pa!



I check some reviews about the studio and there have been no bad reviews at all, halos lahat ng puro good comments eh. So right after checking their promos, I called my husband and informed him that I found the best photographer for our little girl. I called the studio, reserved our slot and confirm the time. By the way, Baby Shower Studio has two branches – Quezon City and Alabang.

Baby Shower Studio is one of the most famous photography brands in Korea with expertise in taking photos of newborn babies, maternity and family pictures/portraits. I love their studio because they have actual and unique sets as compared to others who only change the background. The place is super clean and has a homey ambiance; you need to remove our shoes upon entering the studio. They also have set of clothes for baby which you can use if you want but since we brought a lot of clothes, we opted to use our own.  Carl (photographer) is so cool and has a lot of patience, he is also friendly that’s why we felt at home.

Our plan is to avail their package 1, but upon seeing the actual studio my husband decided to avail the package 3 (Php 4,500). Waahh.. Na out of budget kami dun ha. Hehe. It’s kinda pricey though but looking at their gallery, it’s worth it! 

A baby’s smile can make biggest dream come true.
Look at our baby love, she really enjoys whatever pose given to her. We really love her endearing smile (like her mom) Hehe.

Oh Rhian, You are the reason why we smile every morning, the star that gives us hope during gloomy days. Your soft smile gives the strength that we need for our everyday labor and the determination to be the best daddy and mommy that we can be.
I looked into her eyes and I became a different person.
Babies are the most priceless gift from God and as a parent, I am proud and lucky to have one.
Rhian's smile melts our hearts. 
Having her is the best gift I ever received in my entire life.
Of course, we also request Carl to take us family portraits. Andito na nga lang kami, e di sulitin na db?! Hehe.

After the photoshoot, Carl gave us the cd of the photo files as soon as it was downloaded from the camera. They don’t edit the photos, but as you look at the pictures you say that Baby Shower Studio is one of the best photographers in the Philippines!

After hearing the mass at Padre Pio Chapel, we decided to stroll around the Eastwood Mall. This was the first time that Rhian will experience it, yung gumala sa mall. We were happy to know that there is an event happening that day, Eastwood City host grand celebration of the canonization of Blessed John Paul II and John Paul XXIII. Super blessed talaga namin to witness this celebration.

We also got the chance to see the exhibit which is available for viewing and veneration of the faithful’s. Some of the relics are the Blessed John Paul II’s skullcap, hair strands, rosary, piece of chair he used, a piece of the bed sheet on which he died, etc.

The most important thing is FAMILY.

Anyway, we had our lunch at Serye and our favorite part, picture picture around the area. Being with my family is priceless! Mas masarap palang gumala pag may baby ka na.

 A family is a little world that is created by LOVE. 

You know what? I’m so happy whenever you hear some comments from other people na super cute ang anak ko, para bang napapaisip ako na super worth it ang 9 hours labor ko and pag hiwa sa tyan ko. Hehe. After our mini photoshoot, we decided to go home na since pagod na si Rhian, you can see on her face that she’s so tired. Aaww.. Mukhang nabigla sa galaan ang anak ko, but still I’m happy because her first gala was success!

Since Rhian is already a Christian baby, pinayagan na kami ng mommy ko na ilabas si Rhian and ipasyal. My husband and I decided to bring Rhian at Padre Pio chapel to hear the Sunday mass because we want to thank him for giving us a beautiful and lovely daughter.  If you remember, we went to the chapel few days before I discover that I am pregnant. Mapaghimala talaga si Padre Pio because he heard our prayer. He is truly a miraculous saint!


Gusto kasi namin ni Ian na sa 1st labas ni Rhian is sa simbahan, so we woke up early and attended the 12:15pm mass. There are two entrance in the chapel, they also separate the area with the kids. Since Rhian is with us, we were ushered at the upper level. Yes! Nagulat ako na may taas pa pala yung chapel. The room has a big LCD TV showing the altar where the priest was officiating the mass, yung nga lang dahil sa daming bata ang ingay sa loob ng room.


I’m so thankful because one girl gave me her seat, nakita nya kasi akong hirap sa pagkarga kay Rhian kaya ayun nakaupo kami ni Ian from the start. Padre Pio Chapel was an intimate chapel because it was well ventilated and the structure was quiet impressive.


We had a prayerful time that day and we were so blessed that we got the opportunity to visit Padre Pio Church again, but this time as a family with our dear little angel.
