Rhian's 2nd Month Celebration

Sorry for the super late post. Naku, kung alam nyo lang kung gano ka busy ang lola nyo. Syempre nag aadjust parin ako sa new job ko as a mom. So please understand me.. Naks! Drama!

We had a simple celebration for Rhian’s 2^nd month. Alam nyo naman na every 20^th of the month we make sure to have a celebration with the whole family. Since March 20 falls on a weekday and my husband needs to work that day, my MIL and I are busy preparing for the dinner. While Rhian is sleeping I was able to help her, I cooked spaghetti and lumpiang shanghai for dinner while my MIL cooked Maja Blanca.  For the cake, I called Claudette’s and ordered for their specialty cake – Cloud 9. Gusto kasi ni hubby na every month iba-iba cake ang ihahanda. O db, OC ang tatay!

My mother invited some of her co-teacher to celebrate with us. Naku, sobrang proud kasi ang nanay ko sa kanyang unang apo kaya every month lagi syang nagluluto ng pancit at pinamimigay sa kapit bahay.

Sad to say, that day medyo fussy ang baby ko because super duper to the highest level na ang antok nya. Look at her different facial expression while taking pictures. Mukhang gusto na nya kong sapakin at sabihin “Mommy, I want to sleep na!”. Haha.

But overall, we had a memorable celebration with the whole family at kahit na wala sa mood si bagets, nakapag celebrate parin. Ooopppsss.. Before I forgot after dinner nung nasa taas na kami at naka aircon , ayun masigla na ulit si Rhian.
