I’m so lazy this past few days, I think because I’m not feeling well and all I want is to lie on our bed and sleep the whole day. I promise myself to give my husband a good meal this week, so I prepare something special for him. Actually, this dish was scheduled last Monday for our lunch baon, but since Ian’s officemates went to our house to practice for their Christmas party presentation and as a wife, I need to clean up all the mess left on our house, that’s why I got tired and not able to cook on Monday morning.

Anyway, Ian got this recipe at kusinaniina.blogspot.com.

Ingredients:

½ kg beed, cut sukiyaki style
6 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs sesame seeds
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
3 cups of bean sprouts

Procedures:

     1. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, flour, sugar and oil. Set aside for about 15 minutes.

     2. In a saucepan, bring some water to a boil then add the cleaned bean sprouts. Cook for 3 minutes then drain. Set aside.

     3. In a skillet, heat ¼ cup of oil then cook the beef until brown.

     4. Arrange the bean sprouts on a platter and top with the cooked beef.

              Tips:
You can also add other vegetables to the sprout like carrots and bell peppers.
You can toss the cooked bean sprout with sesame oil.

(sorry honey, wala kc tayong pressure cooker eh.. bili na kc tayo! :p)

Oh noh! It’s been 4 months since our wedding and I’m not done with all the suppliers review. I’m so sorry readers for not updating our wedding site, anyway, I promise to finish it before year end. Haha. Para sa 2013, more on Married Life naman.

I already explain on my previous post, why we choose to get married at NSSH. I will give a very good review about this church, ever since we’re arranging our church requirements, all the staffs in the office are very nice and accommodating, I love the way they treat every persons who asks for their help. One year before our wedding day, they give us guidelines to be considered for choosing NSSH as our wedding place.
They are very strict in terms of time and attire. They requested me to send them a copy of our invitations and missallete before printing it. They also wish to see the entourage dress just to make sure that we follow their rules and regulations. They send us soft copy of wedding rules and regulations for Photo/Video Coverage and proper planning of the sacrament of marriage.

Getting married in Church is very intricate, there are lots of legal documents that you need to accomplished before booking for the prefer date. But since it was a mutual decision to get married in NSSH, we give our 110% effort to complete the list. We booked July 24, 2012, Tuesday 4:00pm slot for our wedding. We chose to upgrade our facilities from electric fan to centralized aircon. We want our guests to be more comfortable while witnessing our special day. So getting married in NSSH is pricey, we pay Php 25,000.00 for the upgrade including 1.5 hours use of the church, church-coordinator, priest, candles and basic flower arrangement.

The Chuch itself is a beauty, so we opt to have a simple and elegant set-up just to enhance the beauty on it. We don't want to over do the decor, and lose the real ambiance of the place.

On our wedding day, there are church coordinators who assisted our OTD, they are really organized and make sure that everything is under control. They instructed our entourage on what to do, they give my groom a simple advice on how to walk and they keep on reminding our guest for the proper attire.

Cha – Naiwan ko yung shawl ko sa bahay.
Ako – Huh? Pano nay un, bawal sa church ang walang shawl.

Then, when I saw her putting our 2nd veil, she’s wearing a shawl. So pano nangyari yun? So here it goes..

Ako – Cha, kala ko ba wala kang shawl?
Cha – Wala nga, kaya hinati namin ni Aloi yung kanya..

Boom! Napaka creative talaga ng mga friends ko.. Well, actually, ganon lang talaga kahigpit ang NSSH when it comes to proper attire, bawal ang tube, bawal ang sleeveless, basta bawal nakalabas ang shoulders.

Anyway, they are very strict in time. The aircon will be turn- on 30 minutes before our scheduled time, so we put on our invitations that the ceremony will start at 3:30pm, di ko naman akalain na darating ang mga guest ng 2:45pm! Oh noh! Mahirap na kc may ma-late, kaya inagahan namin ang lagay sa invitation, good thing when I was about to march all our guests were already inside the church. O db walang late!

3:30pm – arrangement of the entourage
3:45pm – start of the march
Exactly 4pm – I enter the church door. (On TIME!)

Prior to that, one church coordinator approach me inside bridal car and instruct me on what to do when I enter the church. Para bang lalo tuloy akong kinabahan, but I thank Tita Eden for wonderful reminders that she told me.

I want to have a closed-door entrance but since the main door is purely glass, NSSH staff told me to just coordinate it with their accredited florist. (will post about the florist soon)

Even though Fr. Clem Ignacio (rector of Quiapo Church) wasn’t able to make it on our wedding day, our presiding officer Fr. Ogie gives a BEST and PERFECT homily that we will treasures for the rest of our lives.

Henry – “The best ang homily ni Father ha.”
Aloi – “Ganda ng Homily ni Father, tagos hanggang puso”

We also allowed taking photos outside the church, good thing our weather is good. (A week before our wedding day, it’s like raining cats and dogs.)

Overall, NSSH is the perfect place for us, where the exchange of  I DO’s” happened.

Like what I've said on my previous post, I’m not a late bloomer or certified kikay but lately, I observe myself slowly changing a style when it comes to my everyday outfit.  Ewan ko ba, basta pag gising ko 1 umaga, gusto ko lang MAS umayos pa ng porma (aba porma talaga db!). Most of my friends notice that I really change my fashion sense, may nagsabi pa “Kung kelan ka nag asawa, tska ka naman nagdadalaga”. Hihi.. I told them jokingly, “Kailangan eh, para di humanap ng iba asawa ko..” Haha.

Anyway, di naman talaga ako mahilig pumorma, sometimes lang pag nasa mood and if there’s a special occasion. Magastos kaya bumili ng mga bagong damit and accessories. I started to become more conscious about my look when my husband introduce me as his wife, sarap kayang pakingan nun, ang haba ng hair ko tuloy.. Hehe.

Here are some of my simple yet classy looks, "MY FIRST TRY" of being fashionista.

Bag #teejeysclothing, Sandals #tiangge, Pink tube #terranova, Watch #kennethcole,
Blazer #thelandmark

Necklace #tiangge, Top #terranova, Shoes #payless, Pants #Jag, Bag #sophie, Watch #kennethcole

I know, baka magkaroon ako ng mga bashers, but who cares. Like my husband always tells me “Ikaw ang pinakamagandang babae sa balat ng lupa!” o db, yan ang number 1 fan ko. So better watch out for more stylish looks, simple, fashionable and very affordable. I don’t need to use branded clothes or shoes every day, mas okay pa yung mura pero marami naman.. #practicalwife

Good comments and Suggestions are very much welcome!

Honey, Happy 4th wedding monthsary, even if we are already married it is still nice to celebrate the day we became couple. Thank you honey for loving me more each day, for striving hard for our future, I’m super duper proud of you, for never failing to put a smile on my face, for the simple yet happy life we are having. I am not only lucky to be your wife, I am blessed.

A lot has changed, wedding magazines and brochures are out and home designs and baby books are about to in soon, from a single career driven me to a full-time happy wifey, you know what it’s the best  job I had  so far and I love and super excited to be promoted to a wifey-mommy someday (sana soon na..). Honey, I hope I am doing well, do you think i am doing pretty well? Tell me the truth, please!  I really love how you appreciate all my prepared meals, kahit na minsan paulit-ulit na sya.. I love seeing you everyday as I open and close my eyes, I love greeting you home with a warm hug and kisses, I love seeing you eating my cooked meals, strolling for grocery for 2 hours, I love the way we laugh at each other's joke/stories/etc (never a day passed without any laughing – comedian ata napang asawa ko eh.. Hihi), I love starring and resting my head on your arms kahit na ngalay ka na sa bigat ng ulo ko, I love the feeling of security and contentment but the best part and most important is I love thanking God everyday for you and that never changed nor forgotten even if it is our 76 months together, even more I needed to thank God for everything. I loveyou honey and I will love you for the rest of our lives.

Happy 4th Wedding Monthsary Honey!

Chicken Cordon Bleu is one of Hubby’s favorites; I like it better with cheesy and creamy sauce top on crispy chicken. Anyway, Chicken Cordon Bleu is a dish that is well known to many American restaurants. I read some blogs about this dish and I found out that the word “Cordon Bleu” means “Blue Ribbon” which is clearly from French Origin. Wow! I also read an article stated that they use blue ribbon in order to intact all the ingredients instead of using toothpick. Hhhmmm.. Pwede!

Chicken Cordon Bleu is a dish consists of flattened Chicken Breast, top with thin slices of Ham and cheese tightly rolled up, breaded, fried and baked. This is my first time to cook this dish and I’m soooo nervous.. Malaki kaya ang expectations ng asawa ko na mape-perfect ko sya.. Waahhh…

Last Tuesday, I’m not feeling well. Others thought I’m pregnant but I’m not.. (**sad face**) I just want to lie down on our bed and rest, but when my husband arrived at Home tired because of work, I told myself that I need to give my husband a good dish the following day to compensate all his sleepless nights due to work load. As I review our weekly list, Chicken Cordon Bleu was assigned for our baon on Wednesday.. Waahh.. So right after our dinner, I prepared all the ingredients for my first ever Chicken Cordon Bleu. Haha..(Recipes from http://www.pinoycookingrecipes.com)

Ingredients:

8 pcs skinless, boneless chicken breast
4 slices of ham (better to use sweetened)
Cheese
Bread Crumbs (I’m using the crumbs for Tempura)
Butter
4 pcs Eggs, beaten
1 pack of All Purpose Flour
Seasoning granules, Salt and Pepper

For the sauce:

Grated Cheese
1 small can of Evaporated Milk (I prefer Alpine)
250ml all-purpose cream (I prefer Nestle Cream)

Procedures:

       1. On a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper and seasoning granules.

      2. Rub the mixtures on both sides of the chicken, but please do not rub too much so that it will not
    be salty.

3. Dip chicken in egg, then in flour, then in egg again and finally in crumbs.

        4. Lay a slice of Ham and slice of cheese on each piece of breast and roll and secure with
      toothpicks.

     5. Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the chicken until
         browned on all sides.
     6. Put the chicken in a flat baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
           7. Remove the toothpicks, transfer the breast to a warm platter and slice the chicken into bite size.
           8. For the sauce, blend the all- purpose cream with evaporated milk and grated cheese on a small
         bowl.
     9. On low-medium heat, whisk slowly into the skillet the mixtures and continue stirring until thickened.

   10. Pour over the chicken and serve it with rice.

Presenting to you my Chicken Cordon Bleu. Btw, my husband and officemates likes it.

Ate Ana – “Ang sarap grabe, gagawa rin ako nyan sa Sabado.. :)”
Queency – “Ang sarap nung sauce.”
Hubby – “Ang sarap nya honey, dami ko ngang nakain eh..”

Hearing those words, gives me more guts to cook another masterpiece. Hihi.

Yes! I’m guilty! I’m a certified addict!

I’m guilty for using Instagram! I’m hooked in Instagram!

Instagram is a free photo-sharing and social network that was launched in October 2010. The service enables users to take a photo, apply a digital filter to it, and then share it with other Instagram users they are connected to on the social network as well as on a variety of social networking services. (source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instagram)

I can’t remember when was my first post in Instagram, as far as my mind is concern; I just uploaded my engagement ring above our wedding magazine that was 63 weeks ago! Wow! Ganon na pala ako katagal gumagamit ng Instagram!

My Engagement Ring..

During my first week at Instagram, I only have 4 photos, 10 followers and 20 following. But now, I can’t believe that I have 185 followers and still counting, 222 photos and 150 following! Wow! Ako na talaga ang adik!

I love using Instagram, in this application I met new friends and new suppliers. Yes! Because recently, I found myself buying some stuffs that I just saw in the Instagram! Here are the first two items that I purchased from my new friends.

My Floral Sunnies from @drop_n_shop

My Candy Satchel Bag from @teejeysclothing

So for those of you who wish to know me more, you may follow me @rackell24 on Instagram or send me a tweet (twitter) @unique_bride. See you all!

Payless or Lucky Me?

Ooopppsss.. No! No! No! It’s not the payless noodles as you know; this is a shoe store which offers variety of cute shoes that come from the US.

I first saw this store at Trinoma when we were still residing at BalicBalic. Unlike those who have been to the US and knows this store, yours truly is very innocent about it.  I have checked their items then and I found it very affordable. I did not bought anything at that time since our budget is very limited, but I promise myself to buy at least 2 pairs of shoes for me some other time.

So when I found out that they have a newly open branch at Glorietta 2, I asked my husband to accompany me on my monthly shopping spree. I have been eyeing to have a pair of new flat shoes, so I thought that this was the best time to purchase one. I was surprised when Hubby bought me 2 pairs of shoes as his monthsary gift to me. Wow! Thank you Honey. (Will post the photo soon - lalabhan ko muna sya.. Hehe)

Then, last Thursday after we watched “Skyfall” Ian and I decided to roam around the newly open Glorietta 2, my target is to do window shopping only but unfortunately I can’t control myself not to visit Payless ShoeSource. Waahh.. Sabi ko magtitipid na talaga ako eh.. Huhu.. Payless has always been one of my go to places for shoes, although I am not a Payless shopping newbie, I was extremely excited to buy some of their shoes.

In Payless, no need to look around for a friendly staff to assist you in getting a size of the shoes you want because Payless has arranged their shoes by sizes. Nice Idea huh! With the help of my very supportive husband, I decided to get this piece – “Low Pewter Fallon Hardware” by Lower East Side.
For me - Low Pewter Fallon Hardware (Php 696.50)
For Hubby – Gray Fairport One Eye Boat (Php 1,950.00)
What I like about this shoes is that it is very comfortable to wear.   It's a plain gray flats which I can practically use with most of my clothes - especially now that I need to be in smart/casual for work. For only 696.50 (discounted price - Sometimes you can find comfortable shoes on sale at Payless, depending on when you go), it's surprisingly affordable and comfortable too!
I remember when I was still at the Corporate world especially I am the secretary of our President, I need to wear high heels or stiletto that’s why my feet would always hurt for wearing those kinds of shoes for long hours, Sabi nga nila “tiis ganda”.  Waahhh..  It really feels comfy because of the soft foam inside and the shape fits on my feet.  I super duper love it!

I usually make sure that I wouldn't get wounds at the back of my foot which is why I'm always so cautious of buying flats, so I thank Payless for giving me the best flat shoes ever! Hayz! If only budget is not a problem, I would love to shop at this store even once a month.  I am dreaming to get my hands to their collection of boots and pumps, high-heels and flats of course! Looking forward to my next Payless pair :)

Thank you honey for giving me another pair of shoes. Ako na talaga ang spoiled na wife!

I can't help myself for not posting this article I read from Facebook. This is not mine, so I thank the author for this momentous message for all married couple. This is a very good article for those who are still single may learn something from here and also for those who are already married or in a commitment may take it as a guideline to improve your marriage & relationship...

DID I MARRY THE RIGHT PERSON?

Photo from http://www.momlogic.com

During one of our seminars, a woman asked a common question. She said, "How do I know if I married the right person?
"

I noticed that there was a large man sitting next to her so I said, "It depends. Is that your husband?"
In all seriousness, she answered "How do you know?"

Let me answer this question because the chances are good that it's weighing on your mind.

Here's the answer.

EVERY relationship has a cycle. In the beginning, you fell in love with your spouse/partner. You anticipated their call, wanted their touch, and liked their idiosyncrasies (unconventional behavior/habit) .

Falling in love with your spouse wasn't hard. In fact, it was a completely natural and spontaneous experience.
You didn't have to DO anything. That's why it's called "falling" in love... Because it's happening TO YOU.

People in love sometimes say, "I was swept of my feet." Think about the imagery of that __expression. It implies that you were just standing there; doing nothing, and then something came along and happened TO YOU.

Falling in love is easy. It's a passive and spontaneous experience. But after a few years of marriage, the euphoria (excitement) of love fades. It's the natural cycle of EVERY relationship. Slowly but surely, phone calls become a bother (if they come at all), touch is not always welcome (when it happens), and your spouse's idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute, drive you nuts.

The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship, but if you think about your marriage, you will notice a dramatic difference between the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or even angry subsequent stage.

At this point, you and/or your spouse might start asking, "Did I marry the right person?"
And as you and your spouse reflect on the euphoria of the love you once had, you may begin to desire that experience with someone else.

This is when marriages or relationship breakdown. People blame their spouse/partner for their unhappiness and look outside their marriage/relationship for fulfillment.

Extramarital fulfillment comes in all shapes and sizes. Infidelity is the most obvious. But sometimes people turn to work, a hobby, excessive TV, or abusive substances.

But the answer to this dilemma does NOT lie outside your marriage. It lies within it. I'm not saying that you couldn't fall in love with someone else. You could.

And TEMPORARILY you'd feel better. But you'd be in the same situation a few years later. Because (listen carefully to this):

THE KEY TO SUCCEEDING IN MARRIAGE/RELATIONSHIP IS NOT FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON; IT'S LEARNING TO LOVE THE PERSON YOU FOUND.

SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. It'll NEVER just happen to you. You can't "find" LASTING love. You have to "make" it day in and day out. That's why we have the __expression "the labor of love." Because it takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it takes WISDOM. You have to know WHAT TO DO to make your marriage/relationship work. Sure true love can only happen after you've fallen out of love. When you begin choosing to love, even if you don't feel like doing it ---- that's true love. And that's the foundation of a lasting and strong marriage.

Make no mistake about it. Love is NOT a mystery. There are specific things you can do (with or without your spouse) to succeed with your marriage.

Just as there are physical laws of the universe (such as gravity), there are also laws for relationships.
Just as the right diet and exercise program makes you physically stronger, certain habits in your relationship WILL make your marriage stronger. It's a direct cause and effect. If you know and apply the laws, the results are predictable. .. you can "make" love.

Love is indeed a "decision".. . Not just a feeling. You'll not just go away with your relationship just because the feeling is gone. In the Bible, love is a command. You make it happen.

Remember this always:

"God determines who walks into your life. It is up to you to decide who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go." FW: Ruth Beltran

"Marriage is more than saying I Do. Marriage, like a precious plant, needs constant tending for it to grow, flourish, and bear fruit to last a lifetime, and beyond." -David and Evelyn Feliciano

TAKE TIME TO READ... TO THOSE WHO ARE NOT MARRIED YET, YOU MIGHT LEARN FROM IT... AND TO THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY MARRIED, YOU STILL MIGHT LEARN FROM IT..

I’m not a late bloomer or certified kikay like other people. My skincare routine is this - I simply used BB Cream, face powder and lip gloss every day. I don’t pluck my eyebrow and I often put a make-up since my mother told me not to use it daily because I’m already beautiful. Naks! Nanay ko talaga sya. I only put make up every time we have a date and special occasion. I only used Pond’s facial wash and Pond’s whitening or pinkish cream. Twice a year, hubby and I visit a doctor to cleanse and remove our white and black heads. I had been battling mild acne since adolescent years, I suppose hormonal imbalances along with genetics have been a part of the cause. Lucky for some, upon reaching a certain age they outgrow this dilemma. I also observe that it started to come out because of the pollutions in our country. (Sinisi ko talaga yung maduming hangin sa paligid sa pagkakaroon ko ng pimples.)

There are lots of beauty products that offer Acne Solutions that will easily remove bad skin in just a couple of weeks. Honestly, I don’t trust any brand except for Pond’ not until we purchased Acne Solution Foam Cleansing at The Face Shop. It was unplanned to purchase this beauty product, last night after we watched “Skyfall” I asked my husband to stroll around Glorietta, and got surprised when we found out that it was Mid-Night sale. Wohooo!!! So we saunter around and I asked him to check The Face Shop, actually my only plan is to check their BB cream but unfortunately, we ended up buying these three products that they offer.

Acne Solution Foam Cleansing (Php 645.00),
Clear Away Spot (Php 595.00) and
Spot Corrector (Php 395.00)
(At this amount, for sure it’s costly, but the effect is worth it. :p)

We just switched from Pond’s Facial wash to Acne Solution Foam Cleansing.  This product is designed to minimize oil secretion and fights acne at its source by removing build-up and impurities that clog pores. This cleansing foam is a medical product that keeps your skin clean and away from acne. The scent was so good! It doesn’t sting and it really has relaxing scent like what tea tree does. This cleanser is a foamy and leaves my face squeaky clean. The cleanser was reasonable priced, not to cheap but not to expensive. It is a nicely sized product and should last for more than 4 months if used twice a day. Well, overall, this is a great cleanser for those who struggling with acne and sensitive skin!

Clear Away Spot that is made to heal pimples while Spot Corrector is a concentrated essence formulated to clear pimple scars or simple blemish itself and other dark masks after the acne troubles. It also heals pimples without leaving any marks.

Since they have a promo which is for every purchase of products worth Php 1,500, you will receive a special Flebote White Crystal Basic Care Set. Wow! So Ian grab this opportunity and purchase the Spot Corrector just to claim these freebies. So kahit wala sa planong bumili ng pampaganda, napabili ng di oras dahil sa galing mag sales talked ni ate.. Haha.

Flebote White Crystal Basic Care Set.

I used this basic care set this morning, I simply follow the steps and I must say that these products satisfied my needs. 1 araw ko palang syang ginagamit, pero feeling ko sobrang lumambot and kuminis yung face ko.. Hehe.

Flebote White Crystal Brightening Skin Tone – Provides for translucently clear skin tone.
Flebote White Crystal Effect Essence - 86% improves in pigmentation, 81% improvement in skin brightness.
Flebote White Crystal Brightening Emulsion – Lustrously glowing skin with added moisture and softness.
Flebote White Crystal Moisture Radiance Cream – 82% reduction in spot, 78% improvement in skin clarity.

Steps:
  1.       Soak a cotton pad with Brightening Skin Tone and apply smoothly over cleansed face.
  2.       After applying Brightening Skin Tone, gently apply the Effect Essence.
  3.       After using Effect Essence, apply smoothly the Crystal Brightening Emulsion all over the face.
  4.       Last step of my skin care; apply gently all over the face the Crystal Moisture Radiance Cream.
Anyway, I will write another post / review after a month. Check ko kung effective yung mga binili namin ni hubby.. ^__^

40 days before Christmas and I’m soooo excited to celebrate it. Here are the three major reasons why I love Christmas 2012.
  1.      This is my first Christmas as a wife.
  2.      This is our first Christmas as Married Couple.
  3.      This is the first time that I will celebrate Christmas with two families.

So can you imagine how excited we are in Christmas? Suppppeeeeerrrrr Excited! But before anything else, I’m planning to share our blessings that we received this year by giving a simple Christmas party with the kids at orphanage. I will post the details as soon as we finalized it. Donations are very much welcome!

Advance Merry Christmas Everyone! God Bless you all!

Yes! I know it’s too early to plan our 1st wedding anniversary celebration since its only 4 months ago from the time when we got married  and we still have 8 more months to arrange it.. Sorry naman, excited lang! You know naman na lahat ng 1st important sakin.. 1st kiss, 1st date, 1st monthsary, 1st anniversary, 1st engagement anniversary etc.. etc.. etc.. basta lahat ng 1st!

Since we both love to travel, we decided to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary out of town or should I say out of the country! Yes! (**cross fingers**) Ever since we’re still bf/gf we always go out of town during our anniversary. Yun nga lang during our 1st anniv, no celebration at all because he’s currently working at Japan.. Here are the details of our anniversary celebrations.

1st anniversary – Skype mode
2nd anniversary - We explore the beauty of Camsur and Caramoan.
3rd anniversary - We walked around the white sand of Boracay.
4th anniversary – 1st out of the country tour – Hongkong and Macau.
5th anniversary – We just relax and enjoy the infinity pool of Acuatico.
6th anniversary – Of course! Our Wedding Day! We continue our celebration at Singapore and KL!

So now, you how excited we are in celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. Super excited because it is double celebration! Yes! 7 years of being together and 1 year of being husband and wife! One night, while we are about to go to sleep, I asked my husband where he want to spend our 1st wedding anniversary, he simply replied, “Kahit saan basta kasama kita!” Wow naman! Ako na talaga ang may pinaka mahabang buhok.. Haha. After few minutes of kulitan mode, we found ourselves talking seriously about our plans. Presenting to you our top 5 places where we plan to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary:

Top 5: Japan

Oh I love Japan! The cleanliness and technology of this country are amazing! I want to visit the famous Universal Studios! Mahilig ata kami sa mga amusement park (HK Disneyland, Ocean Park HK and Universal Studios – Singapore) plus I want to see the majesty of Mount Fuji, Japan’s highest mountain. I wish I can go to the summit to enjoy the incredible view especially at the time when the cherry trees at the foot of the hill are covered with lovely blossoms!

My husband also told me if we were given a chance to visit Japan, we will include Kinkaku-ji, Koto in our list. Wow! This is where you can see the magnificent temple covered with gold embossed ornaments and surrounded by a beautiful Japanese garden.

Top 4: Batanes

When you’ve always heard the word “Batanes” you will noticed how they describe it “Alin, ‘yong daanan ng bagyo sa Norte? Waahh.. Yes! Because Batanes is the northernmost island of the Philippines, one of over seven thousand islands that comprise the country!

When I saw the island province of Batanes on television, I said to myself that one day I will have the chance to visit the country’s most northernmost province.

I’m so excited to just sit down and relax with my husband at the Marlboro Country while watching the big waves crashing on the shore. Oh! I want to breathe in a fresh air from the trees..

I want to visit the very unique store, the “Honesty Coffee Shop” where in you can buy in a store without someone manning it; all you have to do is to deposit the money inside a box. Galing! Pero I really doubt if it will work here in Manila.. Haha.

Top 3: Camiguin

Camiguin is an island province northwest of Cagayan de Oro, in Mindanao. It is accessible via an inter-island ferry, which traverses the Bohol Sea.

I want to visit the famous Sunken Cemetery. Yes, you heard it right. The century-old cemetery is located out on the sea, 20 feet below. According to the locals, the land where it was built sunk to the sea when the nearby Mt. Vulcan erupted in 1871. A large cross built on small islet marks where the cemetery is now.

I want to visit the famous Korea Buddhist temples, yung mga pinag sho-shooting-an ng mga koreanovela.. Haha.

I want to take photos of the colorful flowers and trees during autumn. I want to slide in snow during winter.
