Tomorrow is the big day! I'm so excited, I can't even start to tell you how much I want this. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me.. Everyone will be looking at us tomorrow, but the only person I want to look at is YOU! I fit into your arms just perfectly, your arms were made to hold me and my lips were made to kiss yours. I will love you until the end of the time and beyond that into our next life..

Will remember tomorrow forever and it will be best day of my life. I'm so glad I will soon be your wife. My heart is yours honey..

My God, I can’t believe that I had three bridal shower within a week; 1st courtesy of my former officemates at First Data, 2nd from my officemates at Friendster and last but not the least, a warm and blissful mini bridal party from Ian’s officemates not only for me but for also for the groom. I’m so overwhelmed! 

I don’t know Ian’s officemates personally, but based on his stories I knew they are all kind and cool. I received an email from Gen asking when we will be available for dinner.  I replied to her stating our schedules for the week and after finalizing it, we ended having scrumptious dinner last Wednesday night.

I arrived late at the venue since the rain started to fall (as in super lakas with matching kulog and kidlat pa), Roan, Gen and Camille are in-charge on our orders while Ian and Olyn are in-charge in taking photos.
Our orders are as follows:
 
Silican Chicken Salad 





Silican Chicken Salad - Chicken breast, crispy romaine, mangoes, red grapes, and pine nuts tossed in a creamy lemon-mustard dressing.
 
Shrimp Fra Diablo


Shrimp Fra Diablo - is one of their specialty, consist of Fettuccine pasta sauteed with shrimp, garlic, pine nuts, spinach, asparagus and feta cheese in pomodoro cream sauce.

Sea Bass Mediterraneo

Sea Bass Mediterraneo - Angel hair pasta sauteed in butter, olive oil, black olives, capers and tomatoes crowned with a pan-fried sea bass fillet

The big size pizza according to Roan is not listed on their menu; I think they saw it online. 

After our scrumptious dinner, Ian and I are both surprised when they told us that we are going to play a little game. Wow! The game was simple but funny, it’s about how we know each other. So Gen give us separate clean bond paper and pentel pen and all we need to do is just answer all the questions that they will ask. Kinabahan ako baka magkamali ako.. Haha.

As far as I remember, here are some questions that they asked:
1.       Kelan and Saan kayo nag meet?
2.       Ano yung damit ni Ian nung 1st kiss nyo?
3.       Saan ang kiliti ni Rackell?
4.       Ilan ang gusto nyong maging anak?
5.       Ano ang favorite dish ni Rackell?
6.       Ano yung event na kung saan both kayo umiyak?
7.       Anong araw ka sinagot ni Rackell?
8.       Kailan ang huling kiss nyo? Extra point pag may time. Haha
9.       Ano yung unang binigay ni Ian?
10.   Ano ang nakakapang init ng ulo ni Ian?
11.   Ano yung unang pinag awayan nyo ni Rackell?

Well, I think we got 97% correct. Wow! Ganon pala namin kakilala ang isa’t isa. Haha. Actually, I really love the games, this is the 1st time that Ian and I played that kind of game, nakakatuwa pala sya.
While we are in the midst of happiness, the staffs of Itallianis sing a song for the couple on the other table. I guess they are celebrating their anniversary; our group joins and sings together while clapping our hands. Nakisali ba sa kantahan ng may kantahan.. Haha.


So we continue our game until one lady staff approach us and ask “Sino po yung malapit ng ikasal?”, followed by a plate of ice cream with note “Best Wishes”. Wow! I’m so touched!  Thank you Itallianis.
After our games, I cannot believe that other than the games they prepared, they also give us simple gifts. They handed me a sexy nighties for honeymoon while Ian received a notes from his officemates..  Wow! How sweet!

Like what I had said on my previous post, I’m so blessed to have good friends who want me to be happy, friends / officemates who are excited for me on my wedding day. Yesterday, my officemates prepared a mini bridal shower for me at our office (Hello! Bridal shower during office hours?! Why not, kasabwat naman nila HR officer eh. Haha) Okay so here it goes, actually I already knew that they will throw me a bridal shower since I was the one who look for the naughty cake but I have no idea that they will prepare some food and short program. I thought that it’s just a simple picture taking and kulitan mode during lunch break.

Our original plan is do it on Thursday (which is today) unfortunately, Karen (HR Officer) changes her plan. Until now, I have no idea why she changes it from Thursday to Wednesday. Haha. It doesn’t matter, what important is my bridal shower was successful.

Ate Ana is in-charge of everything; she called ambers for Spaghetti, Barbecue and Chicken lollipop and drinks, while Edward and Jomar (our security guard) pick up the cake at Pasay Road. Everything goes well, even though they didn’t inform me about their plan, I feel that this celebration will be one of my happiest bridal shower.

Around 3:30pm when I got a phone call from Karen and instructed me to be there at her office since the party will start in a few minutes. (Party daw talaga oh!) As soon as I arrived at her room, the first thing that I noticed was the food (gutom na eh..) I was curious about the design of the cake, so I asked them if I can see it, but as usual they didn’t allowed me to look at it. Hhmm.. May plan pala sila sa akin gawin.. Haha. I really had no idea what’s waiting for me. Ate Ana and Jomar hold me, put a blindfold and instructed me to just follow what they will say. (OMG! Kinabahan talaga ako! Haha)

As I was about to remove the blindfold, Jomar holds my hand tightly (kulang nalang lagyan nya ng posas kamay ko) Huhu. Karen, keep on putting icing on my lips (waahh.. kinilabutan talaga ako!), Gino and Ame are assigned to take photos, while others are just screaming and laughing all the time. Haha.

Oh noh! I know it’s too obscene to post these photos, but hey it’s a bridal shower so what do you expect right?! Haha.  Anyway, this cake is courtesy of Kink Cakes for only Php 1,700++. You bet how all of us girls and boys laugh out loud when we saw this! We can’t get enough of it! Di namin napigilan maghiyawan not knowing that on the other room, the meeting was about to start. Haha. Every one doesn’t want to hold it or touch it, di ko alam kung nandidiri lang or nahihiya since we have 3 boys at the room. Haha. I know Gino have a video of my funny reaction but until now I haven’t seen it. Booo!!!

Hello Readers,

I have a lot of stories and things to tell you, but I’m busy with work turn over (remember I’m on leave for 2 weeks for honeymoon.. Hehe) plus undergoing intense spiritual preparation and doing some last minute wedding tasks (kahit na tapos na kami, parang may kulang parin.. Haha)

Promise, I will be back on August and will blog about the wedding and the details plus our honeymoon of course.. (ccheezzzyyy..)

A bridal shower is a gift-giving party held for a bride-to-be in anticipation of her wedding. I'm so blessed that I experienced this kind of party with my closest friends. Super na surprised ako when they told me that they will threw a bridal shower for me. 

So here it goes, it happened last Friday the 13. Sabi nila malas daw yung araw na yun, either may bad news ka or puro kamalasan ang mangyayari sayo, well, siguro nga medyo naniniwala ako dito, you know why because that night super duper katakot ang ulan as in. I met my friends May and Mercy at MSE around 6:30pm, we are all scared because of the thunder and lightning. I swear nakakatakot sya, imagine we need to walk from MSE to Makati Ave since walang jeep or any transportation na daretso sa Center Stage. So I advise them to pray while walking, di ko na matandaan kung ilan beses kaming tumigil just to relax (nakakatakot kaya yung kidlat). I feel na talagang nag wo-worry na sila May and Mercy kung may makakapunta pa sa hinanda nila since grabe talaga yung ulan, I hear them saying "Sabihin nalang natin sa center stage na walang makakapunta para macancel na yung reservation" but Mercy insist na ituloy sya. (Thank you Mercy).

As soon as we arrived safe at Center Stage (Thank God), we seated at the couch for a minute while waiting for the others to arrived. We checked their menu cards and take some pictures (pampawala ng kaba). 
After few minutes, MJ with her BF arrive followed by Steph and then Kathy and Ola. 

Our room is good for 10 persons, I love the ambiance since we can do whatever we want to do. Mercy and May ordered for the group while MJ is having fun singing all night.

Dance Craze ng Super Bass

My bridal shower is simple, memorable, amazing and fun since I'm with my special friends who know me for who I am. I love them because they know what to do just to make me happy. We sing and dance together, we laugh and cry together and most important is that we are happy to be with each other again. Hello, tagal na kaya nung huli kaming nagkasama sama..

After that night, I realized that I'm so blessed for having such a wonderful friends around me. I know marami nga akong friends pero iba parin sila. Di man kami kumpleto that night, I know on my wedding day kumpleto na kami.
