National Sport Grill

I’m so sorry for the late post about our 4th wedding monthsary celebration. Okay, I've been so busy preparing our 1st charity Christmas party for the kids, Yes! 1st because this time, Ian and I organize it. This is just a simple way of sharing our blessings because God is so good for us this year.

I bought a deal in CashCash Pinoy wherein I have to pay only Php 250.00 for Php 500 worth of Food and Drinks. Wow! The timing of this deal couldn’t be more perfect for our planned weekend monthsary celebration, and since it’s so affordable, we got 3 vouchers for only Php 750.00. It’s a good steal right?

Anyway, we arrange our monthsary celebration carefully because we need to maximize our time and spend the day wisely. So we left our house by 11am and arrived at National Sports Grill in Greenbelt 3 by 11:30am. The place is empty when we arrived; we were greeted by a sexy waitress wearing shorts, fitted shirt and hat. Sports memorabilia are overly noticeable within the restaurant; you will see a lot of posters of the athletes or teams, jerseys and photos of the athletes, etc. The place was equipped with a projector and several TV monitors, both tuned in to sports channels showing several sporting events.

This is not our 1st time here so we are familiar with the dish they are offering. The menu features a wide variety of all-American appetizers, salads, hamburgers, pizzas, sandwiches, alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialty drinks both domestic & international beer, refillable soda & iced tea.

Hubby ordered for Seafood Basket, a team of calamari champons, mariners shrimp and pebble beach fish filler all fried to golden brown with sweet chili and Cajun tartar for dipping.

Seafood Basket Php 495.00

I chose the Creamy Cajun Pasta, the taste was so good which satisfies my cravings for Pasta. It served with garlic bread, chicken strips and lemon on top.

Creamy Cajun Pasta Php 295.00

Hubby also ordered for Stuffed Porkloin, the servings was big; I think it’s already good for 2 persons. It includes sliced of watermelon, rice and gravy.

Stuffed Porkloin Php 395.00

I was craving for some fruit shakes, so I insist him to order me Mango Shake. But my initial reaction when I saw the price of the shakes was “IT’S OVERPRICED!”. I was puzzled to see that there’s a generous amount of fruit shakes in the glass. Sad to say, I was not able to finish all of it. Ang dami kc eh, nabusog na ko sa food, nadagdagan pa lalo dahil sa shake. Hubby was able to finish off his green mango shake.

Fresh Fruit Shake Php 125.00

Our total bill was Php 1,435.00 plus service charge, but since we have Php 1,500.00 worth of GC, we pay Php 63.13 only. Yahoo!

Verdict:

 - A bit pricey but the servings are huge.
 - I wish I could watch live streaming of games
  - Would like to give their pizzas a try next time, Promise!
