Hotel Review: A night @ European Suites (Eurotel)

I had a chance to try Eurotel in Makati last Friday, this is my 2^nd time here and I love the room they offer. Eurotel suites are designed with different European artworks, landscape and culture. They offer overnight stay with free breakfast for 2 or twelve (12) hours or the Traveller’s Inn for lower rates.

We get the traveller’s Inn that night, we checked-in around 8pm at Euro suite room, which you can open using access card. Surprisingly, I was able to take pictures of our room before dinner. The ambiance is very relaxing and cozy. The room has two single beds, cable LCD television, personal refrigerator, hair dryer, a table, intercom and lamps. They also provide safety vault where you can keep your valuables safe when you leave the room. They also have huge closet where you can place your luggage inside and hang your clothes.

Whenever we were in out of town trip, the first thing I check is the comfort room because I want a spacious bathroom. I roamed around and notice that the comfort room is clean with complimentary personal care kit containing toothbrush, shampoo and toothpaste. They also provide tissue paper and towels for 2. Wow! I love the hot and cold bath tub/ shower in fact, upon seeing it I’m so excited to try it.

The only thing that makes us disappointed is that their service, the staffs are not accommodating; they don’t provide what we requested. Specifically, we were asking for a new set of tissue paper but after 2 calls, no staff arrived until we checked-out! I’m not happy with the way they handled us! I think they should be very attentive to their customers especially in their personal needs.
