Tajimaya Charcoal Grill

After our exciting activity, we opted to have our dinner. Ian is craving for some Japanese foods and because of that we decided to try Tajimaya Charcoal Grill. Tajimaya offers authentic Japanese cuisines which originated from Japan.

I love this restaurant; the luxurious interior designs look simple but elegant, the walls are clean and the kitchen equipments as well as utensils are all imported from Japan. Their branch n MOA is one of the perfect places for over looking the beautiful Manila bay sunset. This is also their second branch in the Philippines (1st branch is located at Cebu) and first in Metro Manila. They have function and private rooms which are perfect for parties and other events.

Honestly, this was my first time to try this kind of restaurant, I trust Ian in choosing our meal since he's very familiar with this thing (he's been in Japan twice for 16 months) and he already experience this style of cooking in Japan. He chose Meal Set good for 2 persons which includes meat selection, vegetables, Japanese Wagnu beef and prawns for Php 1,200.00. The meat, sauce, charcoal and everything about Tajimaya is carefully prepared. Well, Ian took charge of grilling while I do some picture taking.

Smile ^___^

I love the smooth texture and juicy flavor of their meats. All meats are exclusively from Japan and US which guaranteed you of a high quality and flavor of their foods. I also love the grilled meat especially when I dipped into the condiments they offer; sweet, spicy and a garlic pastes combination brings a mouth-watering flavor of the meat.

I'm not insensitive to just eat while Ian does cooking so I started helping him and grill the Wagnu beef and prawns. Learning to cook in the table grill was not that hard because if you know how to cook on a spit, you can make a perfect grilled food like what I did!

it's my turn to cook.. ^_^

Cutest Chef! Whoa!

Our free dessert (Mango Ice Cream)

Finally, I was happy to know that this restaurant is smoke free from charcoal grill! Great! Ian and I really enjoy our dining experience at Tajimaya, it's like we are eating in Japan. I promise him that we will trying out other Japanese restaurant on our next special occasions.

Happy Couple ^_^
