Jack's Birthday Bash @ Conti's

Happy Happy Birthday Jack!

Jack is one of my dear friends in F21. I met her during our Basic Photography club classes at FPPF. She invites us to a simple dinner at Conti's last Friday as her pre-birthday treat since she will be leaving to Singapore with her boyfriend the following day.

Ian picked me from office and meet Ruel at Glorietta 4 to purchase precious gift for her. Our first option was to give her bracelet, then we checked some gears that can be used in her car then finally we both agreed to buy body wash and lip gloss from The Body shop. After buying gift, we went to Conti's at Greenbelt 2 where our other friends are waiting for us. We greeted our dear friend a happy happy birthday and gave her our sweetest kiss and precious gift.

She also invited her other friends, officemates and JR's family. The place was so nice, cozy and private. You can do all things you want, you can shout, you can laugh or even you can roll on the floor like what we did. Jack was so pretty in her outfit, when I look at her I know she is very happy right now, contented and will not asked for more.

We already tried this restaurant twice and we really enjoyed our visits here because they offer scrumptious meals at a very affordable prices. I love their salad and mango bravo. I forgot to take individual pictures for the food that's why I capture my plates with different variety of foods from Conti's.

Sorry for the poor photos, I've only have my P&S camera on hand.

The food were really good. The set menu includes Kare-Kare, Lechon Kawali, Steamed Rice, Fresh Lumpiang Ubod, Baked Prawns and Chicken Teriyaki. For the dessert, she prefers to have Mango Cream Cake.

Mango Cream Cake

The Kare-Kare with shrimp paste was made from ox tail, beef chunks and tripe stewed in creamy peanut sauce with veggies that makes the dish appetizing. Their version of Lechon Kawali that is made of a crunchy pork belly with liver sauce was really a mouth-watering. I really enjoyed eating the Chicken Teriyaki which is made from chicken breast strips pan grilled with teriyaki sauce and served with buttered bean sprouts while Ian likes eating their best seller Baked Prawns topped with a melted cheese.

After dinner, we take lots of pictures and do our favorite part, to laugh, laugh and laugh. I really love this group since with them, I can totally be myself.
